In this course, we delve deeper into the techniques of creating three-dimensional shapes, allowing you to progress from flat to sculptural, from simple to intricate, deepening your understanding and application of crochet techniques.

Workshop content:

Session 1: Basic Three-Dimensional Shape - Cylinder

Reinforce crochet basics, and learn how to crochet cylindrical shapes, such as cup cozies or vase holder.

Session 2: Advanced Three-Dimensional Shape - Cone

Explore the techniques of crocheting cone shapes, such as birthday hats or small ornaments.

Session 3: Challenging Three-Dimensional Shapes - Sphere and Droplet

Take on the challenge of crocheting spherical and droplet shapes, enhancing your crochet skills.

You will put your new skills into practice by making items:

• 1x vase cover /cup cozie
• 1x birthday hat / small ornament / Pot Lid Heat Insulation Cap
• 1x meatball /Ferrero chocolate /the Sunny doll

You can choose different yarn colours to make your items special and unique.

• 7.5 hours of tuition (3x2.5hrs)
