All of our packaging materials are 100% recyclable and compostable.

All our packages are carefully constructed to avoid accidents in transit.

If your parcel is damaged or faulty please provide us evidence of damage and we will proceed with a replacement/ refund.

Please note:

• As some of our products will be made to order, please allow us some time to make them for you.
• If you plan on purchasing our products as a gift, it is best to order them earlier to ensure that they will come on time.
• The size may have a 1 ~ 3cm error for manual measurement, which is a normal phenomenon.
• Due to different displays, pictures may not reflect the object's actual colour.
