All our packages are carefully constructed to avoid accidents in transit.

If your parcel is damaged or faulty please provide us evidence of damage and we will proceed with a replacement/ refund.

• If you plan on purchasing our products as a gift, it is best to order them earlier to ensure they will come on time.
